Senior Analytics Consultant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Analytics Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis of network adequacy and the identification of provider targets for existing and prospective markets;
- Support the design and development of a contract evaluation model to provide data driven insights to the network development team;
- Oversee development of analytical plans including proper selection of methodologies, techniques, KPIs and metrics;
- Provide guidance to and review the work of junior Network Analytics team members;
- Lead analysis to support the development and growth of a high performing and cost-efficient provider network;
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytics needs, develop plans and deliver analytics to meet those needs;
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned;
- Mentor and guide junior team member, introduce them to new web analytic tools and technologyand provide them opportunities to grow.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of media tools including MRI, Netratings, Comscore, Stradegy, Nielsen Monitor+
- CRM communications measurement planning and performance analysis;
- Knowledge of SQL and R and if possible Python;
- Excellent written and verbal communication including presentation skills;
- Demonstrated project, and client management expertise;
- Campaign measurement;
- Advanced knowledge of marketing/advertising testing principles;
- Experience with major personalization tools, such as Optimizely;
- Experience in Data Visualization with tools such as Tableau;
- Expert skills in Excel functions: Pivots, advanced formulas/macros, multi-spreadsheet links and PowerPoint;
- Experience with major digital analytics tools, such as: Doubleclick, Atlas, Omniture, Coremetrics, Webtrends, Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics;
- Experience with social listening tools, such as, Crimson Hexagon and Sprinklr;
- 7 years of experience in a web analytics focused role for digital marketing.
