Our company is looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for completing UIPath’s online business analyst training and certification;
  • Work with the external implementation firm as necessary in support of user acceptance testing, post RPA process implementation, and troubleshooting;
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing;
  • Establish relationships with and elicit requirements from business and technical stakeholders;
  • Design and execute functional testing plan;
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and the implementation teams for the LRM, LF and NAV projects;
  • Conduct taxonomy development efforts in advance of upcoming project phases;
  • Review M-Files contractor’s deliverables;
  • Coordinate with other project team members to ensure and verify successful implementation of requirements;
  • ensure that senior leader decisions are clearly communicated in items of correspondence prepared for signature;
  • author, review, and edit documents and prepare reports;
  • Management of complete lifecycle from business requirements/business rules, dashboard design, development, quality assurance & UAT;
  • analyze information from a variety of acquisition and program sources;
  • determine the acceptability of documents based on composition, coordination, and logical analysis;
  • participate in program performance assessments of Major Defense Acquisitions Programs.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work without direct supervision to accomplish goals and meet schedules;
  • Create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes that illustrate current and future workflows;
  • Possess strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
  • Participate in Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Scrum Meetings and other agile activities;
  • Excellent attitude, strong team player, and a willingness to share knowledge;
  • Computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Visio a plus), SAP, and SmartSheet a plus;
  • Ability to influence subject matter experts to process changes, enhancements, optimizations, and automations;
  • analyze information from a variety of acquisition and program sources;
  • 5 years’ Business Process Management and modeling experience;
  • Requires knowledge of Microsoft Suite of software, understanding of computer system capabilities, business processes, and workflow;
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university;
  • DoD Secret Security Clearance;
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent;
