Responsibilities:

  • Additional duties consistent with the successful operation of the PMO department may be assigned;
  • Utilize principles of Business Process Analysis to evaluate work method proposals and to develop recommendations to decision makers;
  • Apply technical knowledge and tools to help develop and optimize PMO processes;
  • Partner with process owners to ensure stable business process execution and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude with the ability to work with others in a team environment;
  • Excel, Word, Access basic skills;
  • Self-directed with a strong sense of attention to detail;
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • 3 years Quality experience is preferred;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • SQL experience a plus;
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience;
