Senior Business Process Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work independently, interact with all levels of management and as part of the team;
- Meet with key stakeholders on a regular basis;
- Establish a deep understanding/expertise of processes and tools organizations use to perform standard business functions;
- Employees use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques;
- Planning and implementing customer approved process improvements, including: future state design, change management, and transition planning;
- Present progress to command leadership;
- Develop, improve and maintain processes;
- Conduct scheduled updates with your DevOps team;
- Must possess the ability to handle multiple projects and/or tasks simultaneously;
- Continuously monitor system for data integrity and defects and work with the ITS teams to resolve issues;
- Perform special projects as requested by management;
- Communicate effectively, both written and oral;
- Help to manage data integrity processes to ensure highest quality over standard current data;
- Provide regular updates to our government customer, key stakeholders;
- Defining and developing business processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, and performance metrics.
