Our company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with end-users to define and execute test scenarios and ensure appropriate end user training;
  • Develop project target landmarks and completion dates and adhere to an agreed upon schedule;
  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of multiple business areas;
  • Facilitate group meetings such as workshops;
  • Partnering with the data engineering team to deliver updates and improvements to the existing subscriptions data model;
  • Estimate for delivery commitments;
  • Coordinate and lead demo sessions of in-progress software with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Completes needs analysis, workflows, user documentation, process/data analysis and modelling and/or logical database design with relational databases;
  • Develop project plans, which will be used to track the progress of a project;
  • Collaborate and create user training documentation as needed;
  • Be responsive to all production problems assigned;
  • Building out impactful KPI tracking and reporting along with A/B tests to drive product improvements;
  • Plays key role in vertical practice initiatives in building competency and maintaining domain reusable assets;
  • Implements new processes/frameworks/methodologies and improvements impacting cost, time and quality;
  • Balance technology and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both technology and business experts.

Requirements:

  • Project Management experience (can assist with development or implementation plans when needed);
  • Experience building and supporting new data feeds, reports and client-facing UI;
  • 1+ years of experience in market research;
  • Self-driven;
  • Conceptual and logical data modeling experience;
  • Managing/updating configuration;
  • Three years experience using requirements management industry best practices;
  • Leading and working within cross-functional teams that include business subject matter experts (SMEs), architects, developers, and testers;
  • Business process modeling experience;
  • Implementing best practice solutions;
  • Advanced skills working with customers, including excellent communication skills with all levels of business as well as IT staff;
  • Enjoyment of logic puzzles;
  • Experience with database administration;
  • Two years experience using SQL or other query tools to perform analysis;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
