Client Reporting Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Client Reporting Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Design data management and reporting tools and assist with initiatives that automate reporting;
- Maintain quality control, ensuring on-time delivery and report accuracy;
- Collaborate with Structured Real Estate team on new and existing client reporting requirements and requests;
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the Structured Real Estate Groups data, portfolio and client reporting;
- Independently produce regular and ad hoc client and portfolio reporting using MS Excel and PowerPoint;
- Assist with financial analysis related to client reporting such as risk-based capital ratings;
- Source and manipulate data from different sources to provide analysis needed for portfolio and client reporting.
Requirements:
- Experience in gathering, organizing and reporting various information and data;
- Client service experience preferred with acute attention to detail;
- Problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to take initiative;
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience working within financial services analytics;
- Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint required, with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Graphs);
- Bachelor’s Degree required;
- Adept at operating in high-volume, deadline-driven environments and thrive in an entrepreneurial and rapidly evolving atmosphere.
