Our company is looking for a Client Reporting Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design data management and reporting tools and assist with initiatives that automate reporting;
  • Maintain quality control, ensuring on-time delivery and report accuracy;
  • Collaborate with Structured Real Estate team on new and existing client reporting requirements and requests;
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the Structured Real Estate Groups data, portfolio and client reporting;
  • Independently produce regular and ad hoc client and portfolio reporting using MS Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Assist with financial analysis related to client reporting such as risk-based capital ratings;
  • Source and manipulate data from different sources to provide analysis needed for portfolio and client reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience in gathering, organizing and reporting various information and data;
  • Client service experience preferred with acute attention to detail;
  • Problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to take initiative;
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience working within financial services analytics;
  • Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint required, with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Graphs);
  • Bachelor’s Degree required;
  • Adept at operating in high-volume, deadline-driven environments and thrive in an entrepreneurial and rapidly evolving atmosphere.
