Our company is looking for a Director, Data Analysis to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly communicate in writing, telephonically, and in person with clients, custodians, and asset managers regarding investment trading data;
  • Occasionally travel to client meetings in the United States and Canada;
  • Generate reports for members of the Firm summarizing the results of data analysis;
  • Work with the team to generate quarterly reports for clients;
  • Help automate and streamline processes to improve team productivity.

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and partner with multiple teams within the firm;
  • Familiarity with pension funds and/or large investment funds(preferred);
  • Exposure to or prior work in back office operations for a bank or other financial firm (preferred);
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Organized with the ability to work with multiple client data sets and multiple cases simultaneously;
  • Proficient in Excel and SQL;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
  • Innovative and flexible in choice of sources, strategies, and resource management;
  • Knowledge of corporate actions (preferred);
  • Detail oriented;
  • Flexibility with the ability to take on new tasks;
  • Experienced manager with leadership skills.
