Our company is looking for a Director of Analytics to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop analytical frameworks, roadmaps, and metrics for the team and broader organization;
  • Provide oversight and analytical thought leadership to ensure that outcomes are robust, actionable and reliable;
  • Lead and build out the Analytics function at Gametime;
  • Define, track, and report on meaningful metrics to assess overall business health;
  • Work closely with Finance, Marketing, and Executive teams to forecast and manage funnel traffic/conversion across platforms;
  • 8-10 years of data science, statistics, or analytics experience;
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to build consensus;
  • Contribute to the timely and profitable delivery of our services and deliverables on engagements;
  • Attend relevant events for the purpose of gathering new skills that will give the company and clients a competitive edge;
  • Work as an ambassador for the company at all times and as a champion for change in the industry more broadly;
  • Accountable for agency data management, client data flow, reporting visualization, and all processes associated;
  • Work with data science teams to develop testing strategies and contribute to advanced analytics projects (segmentation, attribution, media mix, etc.);
  • Identify and source appropriate analyst/consultant level support resources for the growing analytics group;
  • Develop and own campaign measurement strategies and reporting solutions for clients across a wide range of industries;
  • Directly manages outside data vendors to ensure support and process is in-line with contracted scope.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to drive projects from start to finish;
  • Excellent command of SQL;
  • Used to a fast paced and collaborative environment where every voice has an impact on the product;
  • Graduate degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science and/or relevant work experience;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to follow through;
  • Extremely detail-oriented and precise;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Basic programming understanding in Java, or other similar programming languages;
  • 1-2 years of experience mentoring and leading a team of data analysts or equivalent professional training;
  • Previous agency or multi-client consulting and management experience;
  • Strong understanding and experience with digital media buying, KPI development and technology practices during campaign planning and execution a plus;
  • Superior analytical skills and strategic thinking;
  • Understand the fundamentals of Attribution including MMM and MTA;
  • 3-5 years’ experience in data visualization, preferably Tableau.
