Requirements:

  • Experience effectively turning research results into applications and features that drive business impact;
  • Able to explore ambiguous or poorly defined problems, suggest acceptance criteria, and prioritize work to deliver projects on time;
  • Experience or familiarity in cross device/ID graph solution is a plus;
  • Intermediate-level or higher Continuous Improvement knowledge, skills, and certifications;
  • Experience in workforce planning, team engagement, budget planning, contract negotiations, and vendor management;
  • Great communication and teamwork skills;
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions and quickly prototype them;
  • Experience with consumer behavior and insights analysis (transactional and usage.);
  • Knowledge or background in data engineering is a plus;
  • Frequent user of cloud computing platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform;
  • Experience in data science, machine learning, data mining, and related fields;
  • Proven ability to collaborate, build consensus and navigate complex environments;
  • 3+ years experience in a Data Science/Machine Learning role;
  • Understanding of Big Data and cloud-based data architecture;
  • Proficient with relational databases (e.g. SQL), Python, R, Linux Shell scripting.
