Emr / Ehr Implementation Expert Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Emr / Ehr Implementation Expert to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Follow established methodology ensuring consistency from implementation to implementation;
- Working closely with the Client Success Manager to manage expectations and service delivery for portfolio of accounts assigned to the team;
- Assisting and training the client’s Super Admin users in configuring the client’s charts to satisfy the needs of the client facility;
- Work directly with clinical operations on the refinement and approval of features and revisions.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in general information technology/software concepts strongly preferred;
- Proven project management experience with success in managing deadlines, customers, and schedules;
- Proficiency using EHR software systems; super-user experience is strongly preferred;
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, programming, information systems or equivalent experience.
