Our company is looking for a Implementation Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaison with Divisional Offices, RFC’s, RSD’s, Retail Operations and Franchising to ensure proper implementation project communications;
  • Audit and enter all prior payroll and employee information into client accounts;
  • Assist New Account Coordinators with onboarding setup and processes;
  • Performs other duties as assigned;
  • Train new clients on product features and provides ongoing training as needed for existing clients;
  • Perform follow-ups with New Account Coordinators to ensure data collection is accurate and complete;
  • Proficiently organize and prioritize new client data requests to meet set deadlines for account transition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Clinical/Business experience;
  • Willing and able to travel up to 100% of the time, often with international assignments;
  • Some college experience (degree preferred);
  • Computer aided design (CAD) experience, including floor and site plans;
  • Experience in a precision data entry/or implementation role;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
  • Database queries and analytic packages;
  • Basic Computer skills;
  • Excellent written communication;
  • Experience in payroll (FPC preferred).
