Research Scientist II Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Research Scientist II to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Follow all systems and processes to control labor costs, food costs, and cash throughout shift;
- Monitor team performance to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met throughout shift;
- Evaluates data sets (provided by the Government and collected by the Contractor);
- Report equipment issues, provide Crew Member performance feedback, and discuss other restaurant opportunities with Restaurant Manager;
- Drive sense of urgency through Crew Members to satisfy guests needs and resolve problems;
- Provides support in development of establishment of in vivo and in vitro model systems, data acquisition, and data analysis;
- Oversees contract personnel associated with research projects; manages research data;
- Operations Excellence for Guest Satisfaction – Hold guests as highest priority and role model exceptional guest service;
- Support training of Crew Members as directed by Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager;
- Develops various presentation materials and presents findings at technical and professional meetings;
- Deploy team members appropriately to meet guests needs and service standards throughout shift;
- Profitability – Ensure restaurant standards and marketing initiatives are properly executed during shift;
- Performs surgical procedures on animal models for both survival and non-survival;
- Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies;
- Communicate goals and hold team members accountable for performance during shift.
Requirements:
- Math and writing skills Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred;
- U.S. Citizenship is required;
- Must have or be able to obtain Secret U.S. Government Clearance;
- PhD in related field with two years of Postdoctoral experience;
- At least 18 years of age;
- Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
