Our company is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Analytics to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on a wide variety of solutions based on client and tax engagement team’s needs;
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of materials including proposals, findings and reports;
  • Perform data quality audits, identify data collection issues, suggest improvements, and help implement fixes;
  • Serve as a thought leader in terms of what needs to be managed and improved to better serve our customers;
  • Understand the systems and business processes that populate critical systems with data;
  • Work with stakeholders to outline and define data definitions and apply appropriate usage;
  • Perform cross system data investigations and analysis to discover data inconsistencies, outlining path to remediation for development teams;
  • Collaborate with industry and subject matter professionals;
  • Manage a team of analysts responsible for data integrity and data quality assurance for critical data sources;
  • Work as a lead data steward hand-in-hand with the managers of the operating systems to convey the data quality needs;
  • Work to support engineering teams tasked with ingestion of critical datasets as a subject matter expert;
  • Data preparation (sourcing, acquisition, integration);
  • Data Governance;
  • Reporting, analytics, data exploration;
  • DA competency center or center of excellence (DA COE).

Requirements:

  • Optimizely or similar A/B testing platform;
  • Adobe Experience Manager;
  • Adobe Analytics (Omniture SiteCatalyst);
  • Goolge Tag Manager;
  • SiteCore;
  • Strong sense of ownership over deliverables, as this role will have end-to-end responsibilities for certain data products;
  • Development experience with one or more programming languages (C# and Java) and database technologies (SQL Server);
  • 6+ years of experience in data driven analysis as a data analyst, scientist, or similar role;
  • Minimum two years of experience in technology industry, knowledge of marketing platforms and datasets a plus;
  • Experience with applied statistics, hypothesis-driven experimentation (A/B, multivariate);
  • Problem-focused and able to understand the big picture before solutioning;
  • Can juggle a diverse set of projects and needs and comfortable with a fast pace;
  • High attention to detail and a high bar for quality;
  • Highly cross-functional: can partner with anyone in the company to problem-solve;
  • 5+ years experience in a data-focused leadership position.
