Our company is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize SEO to send more people our way, ensuring that if someone is exploring synthetic biology online, Ginkgo is at the top of their search results;
- Build and leverage commercial analytics to help us make better decisions;
- Define, assist with, and implement other marketing, strategy, and/or executional projects, as needed;
- Increase Ginkgo’s digital presence to extend our reach, with a test-and-learn mentality;
- Gather requirements and analyze gaps with Marketing and Growth stakeholders for reports and dashboards;
- Monitor performance of important metrics for changes in trends, share insights and make recommendations;
- Proactively query the marketing data to derive actionable insights, including analysis of customer journey and account scoring;
- Owns QBR process for Marketing and Growth, ensuring all leaders have data needed to measure success;
- Partner with technology and product teams to ensure new strategies are implemented accurately and as designed;
- Work closely with credit and data science teams to design growth and loss mitigation policies;
- Analyze performance of all acquisition channels and provide recommendations for funnel improvement and optimization;
- Build and automate reports and effectively communicate insights with internal business leaders and external partners;
- Perform adhoc data analyses;
- Report and socialize pipeline & revenue goal attainment;
- Owns QBR process for Marketing and Growth, ensuring all leaders have data needed to measure success.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in an analytics role at a financial institution (FinTech lender experience preferred);
- Lead by example to build a culture of accountability and rigor to substantiate proven business impact;
- Advise in areas of forecasting, budgeting, and goal setting;
- Detail oriented and strong analytic skill set;
- Kitchen stocked with beverages, snacks & treats;
- Close to BART and Public Transportation;
- Proactive, driven, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Bring clarity to KPIs, performance drivers, and competitive trends;
- Social gatherings / happy hours;
- Proven ability to leverage business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Mode, to build interactive dashboards;

- Great understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design;
- Experience with Salesforce.com, SQL, Looker or other reporting/visualization tool.
