Our company is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for importing and maintaining data within our internal systems;
  • Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting of regional stock balances based on aligned criteria and metrics;
  • Collaborate with our Vehicle Operations management team on the allocation and cycle timing of our Operating Fleet;
  • Support procedural changes;
  • Single point of contact to represent multiple teams (working/validating with managers);
  • Define business requirements for technology efforts and new product implementation;
  • Create User Acceptance test scenarios and scripts;
  • Develop training material and participate in training team member;
  • Strong communication and collaboration with operations leaders on efforts affecting their teams;
  • Create draft responses for leadership reporting;
  • Execute User Acceptance testing and resolve defects within timeline agreed;
  • Work with the Data Analytics team to develop reports as needed/requested;
  • Assist the Department Manager with SWAT resolution and oversee a short/long term remediation plan is implemented;
  • Craft responses for RFP questions that are new or unique;
  • Support/lead projects and efforts as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Strong quantitative critical thinking skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and data concepts;
  • Enthusiasm and aptitude for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high degree of ambiguity;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to form solid relationships cross-functionally;
  • Disciplined in Organizational Skills;
  • Willing to attack problems with flair, creativity and innovation;
  • Ability to work flexible schedule to work with global team;
  • Advanced skills in MS Office products to include PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Prioritization and time management skills;
  • Experience with insurance or financial systems and/or Agile development practices is a plus;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
  • Ability to independently develop strategic recommendations on operational data;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Outstanding technical and critical thinking skills;
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of operations policies and procedures;
  • Prior Experience working for innovative technology company.
