SQL Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a SQL Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Write and execute SQL queries for reporting and research purposes;
- Creation and on-going development of business intelligence reporting;
- Identify, research and resolve technical issues. Provide training and support for new customers and providers;
- Work with stakeholders to understand requests and enhance existing reports;
- Experienced with SQL reporting and development;
- Research and evaluate solutions;
- Provide production support of existing control reports;
- Excellent understanding of T-SQL programming.
Requirements:
- BS in Information Technology related fields;
- Proficient in data analysis and Excel reporting (Functions, vlookup, pivot tables, etc.);
- Experience in end user support;
- Knowledge of Qlik Server a plus;
- Strong understanding of Relational Database systems, SQL queries;
- 5 + years experience with SQL reporting;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
