Our company is looking for a Vendor Management Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a dedicated, centralized Vendor Management subject matter expert for key business partners and vendors;
  • Apply strategic understanding of vendor policies and procedures associated with vendor sourcing and purchase contracts;
  • Utilize governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) software to manage vendor contract execution and performance management;
  • May be responsible for other projects and responsibilities as assigned;
  • Assist in review of third-party contracts and amendments for business implications, acceptable predefined legal terms, and execution;
  • Monitor third-party vendor performance leveraging Medpace processes for evaluation and escalate to Vendor Managers as necessary;
  • Provide support to Vendor Managers in commercial negotiations for pricing and terms.

Requirements:

  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of GxP regulations and guidelines;
  • Experience with managing multiple project schedules and deliverables;
  • Prefer experience in related global and/or regional clinical vendor service area and project management;
  • Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment in order to meet deadlines is essential;
  • Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of relevant professional-level experience.
