Our company is looking for a Document Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Update AS400 system with shipment specific details;
  • Coordinate the timely, accurate processing of documentation and voyage accounting duties, in accordance with STC quality procedures;
  • Coordinate the timely and accurate processing, issuing and distribution of shipping documentation for outbound shipments;
  • May be responsible for Physician verification process, including entering new MDs;
  • Ensure timely issuance and receipt of underlying carrier bills of lading;
  • May be responsible for receiving and/or processing medical records requests;
  • Completes any additional job duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Team Oriented (Team Player);
  • Able to work in a stressful environment;
  • Preferred 1-year experience in the shipping industry;
  • Experience in an international company environment would be an asset;
  • Fluent in English language and Spanish when available;
  • Familiar with word processing, spreadsheet systems, preferably MS Word/Excel.
