Our company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation;
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives;
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way;
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner;
  • Answering phone, scanning, emailing both candidates and customers;
  • Assist with finding high quality candidates for open positions;
  • Responsible for achieving goals & margins in a timely manner;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Conduct phone, face-to-face and Skype interviews;
  • Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries;
  • Assist member with any updates within their file;
  • Master internal department workflow process;
  • Making follow-up calls to investigate/resolve any issues;
  • Answering incoming calls,e-mail, and messages from customers;
  • Researching solutions, reviewing options and troubleshooting issues.

Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively;
  • Concentrate and focus for extended periods of time;
  • Excellent customer service experience;
  • Cope with high-stress and changing environment;
  • Must be able to maintain specific level of punctuality and be flexible to work at any time within center hours;
  • Initiate outbound calls to respond to inquiries and to follow-up with previous contacts;
  • Professional Proficiency in Haitian Creole and English languages;
  • Excellent verbal communication skills able to communicate extensively, effectively and being empathetic to our customers;
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree or equivalent experience preferred;
  • Dependable;
  • Completion of criminal background check and a credit report in good standing required;
  • Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities;
  • Good with technology;
  • Ability to type 40 WPM;
  • Able to pick up concepts quickly.
