Our company is looking for a Guest Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Receives guest suggestions and complaints and escalates through proper channels;
  • Assists in improving patient satisfaction. Anticipates family needs and resolves issues before they become major source of concern;
  • Ability to follow instructions;
  • Assist other departments when necessary;
  • Assist phone guests by placing incoming orders;
  • Has the ability to work well under pressure;
  • Has integrity;
  • Professionally greets, registers, obtain pertinent information and establishes credit prior to assigning rooms to guests;
  • Introduce walk-in guests to our bakery and our products with a guest tour;
  • Maintain a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes;

  • Gather guests email addresses;
  • Genuine care of others needs;
  • Suggest balloon sales, show porcelain items, and up-sell with candles and cards.
