Our company is looking for a Guest Service Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Receives guest suggestions and complaints and escalates through proper channels;
- Assists in improving patient satisfaction. Anticipates family needs and resolves issues before they become major source of concern;
- Ability to follow instructions;
- Assist other departments when necessary;
- Assist phone guests by placing incoming orders;
- Has the ability to work well under pressure;
- Has integrity;
- Professionally greets, registers, obtain pertinent information and establishes credit prior to assigning rooms to guests;
- Introduce walk-in guests to our bakery and our products with a guest tour;
- Maintain a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes;

- Gather guests email addresses;
- Genuine care of others needs;
- Suggest balloon sales, show porcelain items, and up-sell with candles and cards.
