Our company is looking for a Learning and Development Intern to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Learning & Development courses for in-person instructors;
  • Provide creative development for Corporate Intranet;
  • Participate in new hire on-boarding follow-up and surveys;
  • Coordinate content and data migration efforts within Coupa University;
  • Introduce greater social media and marketing presence for Coupa University;
  • Work closely with Coupa University Operations team on course management.

Requirements:

  • Learning background a plus;
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft;
  • Team player, resourceful, curious, open to feedback;
  • Positive, energetic, optimistic attitude, not afraid to roll up your sleeves;
  • Junior or Senior currently pursuing a BA/BS in Communications, Education, Graphic Design, Instructional Design, or Web Design;
  • Nice to have: Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline multimedia production;
  • Also nice to have: portfolio to demonstrate graphic design experience (if applicable).
