Learning and Development Intern Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Learning and Development Intern to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Support Learning & Development courses for in-person instructors;
- Provide creative development for Corporate Intranet;
- Participate in new hire on-boarding follow-up and surveys;
- Coordinate content and data migration efforts within Coupa University;
- Introduce greater social media and marketing presence for Coupa University;
- Work closely with Coupa University Operations team on course management.
Requirements:
- Learning background a plus;
- Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft;
- Team player, resourceful, curious, open to feedback;
- Positive, energetic, optimistic attitude, not afraid to roll up your sleeves;
- Junior or Senior currently pursuing a BA/BS in Communications, Education, Graphic Design, Instructional Design, or Web Design;
- Nice to have: Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline multimedia production;
- Also nice to have: portfolio to demonstrate graphic design experience (if applicable).
