Product Management Intern Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Product Management Intern to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform product research to understand international market needs and identify customer pain-points;
- Work alongside hardware and software teams to deliver your products on time, with quality;
- Define and drive the business strategy for your products, driven by internal and external analysis;
- Work cross-functionally with teams to execute product launches in all international markets;
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, profitability, and operational support load;
- Experience in improving product operations efficiency;
- Assisting management with the supervision of packers, graders and general labor for the packing of fresh citrus products;
- Assisting management with implementing modern food safety requirements;
- Assisting management in the operation of Bee Sweet¡¦s state-of-the-art equipment.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to champion the voice of other stakeholders in your products;
- 2+ years of engineering and/or product experience;
- Strong team-orientation with proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results;
- MBA and/or advanced technical degree, from a top-tier program;
- Familiarity and/or experience with video systems, image quality, computer vision, mobile technologies, and web services;
- Minimum of 1-2 years of business-related education or experience;
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills;
- Have the desire to understand the day-to-day operations of the company;
- Must have the willingness to learn, be proactive and be mentored;
- Preferred someone who’s currently taking MBA or Bachelor’s with a major in Computer Science;
- You like to get stuff done;
- Possess analysis skills to take data as input and output actionable recommendations;
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment;
- Must be pursuing either an MBA;
- Exceptional hands-on approach with strong analytical skills.
