Our company is looking for a Sales Support Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the International Department to process orders and returns;
  • Monitor, retrieve, distribute, and maintain files for inquiries;
  • Participate in special projects as assigned by Sales Management;
  • Assist in the orientation, training, and success of new department staff;
  • Assist with new client on-boarding- supporting clients through the process of opening new accounts with BlackRock;
  • Support Relationship Managers with all ongoing sales, service and communication with clients and prospects;
  • Assist in complex solutions to address our clients’ unique needs and objectives;
  • Write and publish client meeting summary notes posted to firm wide client relationship management systems;
  • Exhibit high-level market knowledge and ability to converse with investors and current economic and market conditions;
  • Manage projects around the development of our solutions business, including marketing and prospecting efforts, thought leadership and events;
  • Gather critical data to quickly respond orally and in writing to client information requests;
  • Participate as a key member of dedicated client teams serving US Pension Clients in the Central and Western Regions;
  • Cultivate positive relationships with clients becoming the “go-to” person.

Requirements:

  • CRM program experience preferred;
  • 3+ years of experience with MS office and other business applications including ERP (sales/order entry modules);
  • High School Diploma;
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills;
  • Active listening and good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
