Our company is looking for a Sales Support to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with vendors to meet contract objectives such as quality, quantity, delivery, and cost;
  • Working with the procurement team to provide sourcing support and advice;
  • Putting together quotes to be submitted to the procurement team;
  • Documenting vendors and quotes into HubSpot;
  • Sourcing for items and services that meet the criteria set forth by the client;
  • Building strong professional relationship with vendors;
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and assignments through completion;
  • Act as a customer liaison by providing exceptional professional customer service;
  • Manage the integrity and accuracy of the database;
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge;
  • Work with internal support teams, to ensure all aspects of project management are completed at a high level of service and within expected timelines;
  • Manage and resolve general customer service issues;
  • Answer incoming customer and sales representative inquires in an accurate, timely, efficient and courteous manner;
  • Work in a team environment to exceed client expectations;
  • Supporting Sales Consultants and by processing daily support tickets and handling incoming calls.

Requirements:

  • Strong sourcing and negotiating skills;
  • Eagerness to learn the business and grow within the company;
  • Sales experience;
  • Self-starter and driven;
  • Strongly prefer hospital experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree.
