Sales Support Specialist Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Management of hardware orders;
- Creation and maintenance of software licenses;
- Assist in entering requests from Clients;
- Assist in resolving Issues;
- Ability to communicate with co-workers and assigned clients;
- Order Fulfillment Tasks Service/product cancellation request processing and record maintenance;

Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task;
- Experience in account management or sales support is preferred;
- At least 3 years of Customer Service experience, preferable in a manufacturing or HVAC industry;
- Collaborative and inclusive;
- Past professional work experience utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel;
- Process documentation experience;
- Prior experience working with a CRM and ERP system;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Thorough research skills; ability to confidently, professionally, and assertively relay facts and positions on various researched issues;
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite Applications;
- Salesforce experience highly valued – it is the “master” of the records that impact this position;
- Oracle Cloud experience;
- Self-starting personality; ability to accurately prioritize and manage responsibilities for multiple groups and hierarchy levels simultaneously;
- B2B Sales process experience, especially including those involving channels/resellers;
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
