Our company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of hardware orders;
  • Creation and maintenance of software licenses;
  • Assist in entering requests from Clients;
  • Assist in resolving Issues;
  • Ability to communicate with co-workers and assigned clients;
  • Order Fulfillment Tasks Service/product cancellation request processing and record maintenance;

  • Reviews formulas to determine whether data is accurately captured.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task;
  • Experience in account management or sales support is preferred;
  • At least 3 years of Customer Service experience, preferable in a manufacturing or HVAC industry;
  • Collaborative and inclusive;
  • Past professional work experience utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel;
  • Process documentation experience;
  • Prior experience working with a CRM and ERP system;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Thorough research skills; ability to confidently, professionally, and assertively relay facts and positions on various researched issues;
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite Applications;
  • Salesforce experience highly valued – it is the “master” of the records that impact this position;
  • Oracle Cloud experience;
  • Self-starting personality; ability to accurately prioritize and manage responsibilities for multiple groups and hierarchy levels simultaneously;
  • B2B Sales process experience, especially including those involving channels/resellers;
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
