Our company is looking for a Assembler – 2nd Shift to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Works from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written or verbal assembly instructions;
  • Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed;
  • Sets initial layouts, and uses a variety of tools to prepare product(s);
  • May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications;
  • Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations.

Requirements:

  • Occasionally lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 35 lbs;
  • Can possibly use hand tools, drills, hand pallet jacks, scales, computers, and/or printers;
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States;
  • Follow ALL safety rules and keep work areas in a clean and orderly condition;
  • High School Diploma or GED;
  • Ability to work under a microscope for long periods of time to perform inspection;
  • Drug test administered;
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Prior microscope and medical assembly experience a plus;
  • Must be able to read and interpret assembly drawings;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment;
  • Reliable transportation (public transportation is limited in this area);
  • Must be authorized to work in the US;
  • Ability to pass reading and manual dexterity testing;
  • Safety and Security – Observes safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions.
