Our company is looking for a Cabinet Maker to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Man made solid surface experience;
  • CNC machine experience (mills, lathes);
  • Plastic laminate counter tops;
  • Logs, Barn wood, Solid wood and Plywoods;
  • Laminating plywood, Wood veneer application;
  • Cabinet Builder;
  • Fine Wood Working;
  • Case work / store fixtures;
  • Reinforce joints and attachments to maximize sturdiness and durability without compromising aesthetic appeal or functionality;
  • Install the appropriate hardware, such as hinges and handles, and order replacement materials when needed;
  • Clean and repair all equipment necessary for your work, including handsaws, table saws, skill saws, and a variety of drills and sanding tools;
  • Match materials and grains to create a uniform appearance for all the matching units;
  • Be exact in measurements and markings so that materials will be used efficiently and the projects will meet budgetary restrictions;
  • Removing damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace, using hand tools;
  • Following established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation;
  • High standard of integrity and professionalism;
  • Drug free at all times;
  • 4 years of experience in Cabinet Making;
  • Experience working with equipment such as: boom lifts, scissor lifts, and forklifts;
  • Reliable transportation;
  • 3 years or more Cabinet Making experience;
  • Able to use all hand tools and power tools;
  • Willing to drive to Wisconsin for work;
  • Read and understand a tape measure;
  • 4 years of experience in making and assembling Cabinets.
