Our company is looking for a Electronic Assembler to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Soldering electronic components;
  • Assemble electronic components and solder PCB’s and wires;
  • Light mechanical assembly using manufacturing instructions;
  • Reading work instructions;
  • Additional manufacturing tasks as assigned;
  • Building electro-mechanical parts;
  • Performing light material work when required;
  • Wire and electronic component assembly;
  • Follow written instructions and manufacturing process instructions including basic circuit diagrams and charts;
  • Use hand and bench tools and bench mounted aids to assemble components;
  • Keep work station and area clean;
  • Positioning pieces by hand or using hand tools;
  • Visually check subassemblies and assemblies for completeness/correctness of previous operations and for foreign object debris (FOD);
  • Crimping: must be able to perform basic weld, wire stripping and terminating;
  • Accomplish touch-up on printed circuit boards after flow solder.

Requirements:

  • Communicate effectively orally; good interpersonal skills; pays attention to detail; and ability to meet deadlines;
  • Speaks, reads and writes in the English language;
  • Comprehend and apply modern fabrication and assembly techniques and machine shop practices and techniques;
  • One year expereince Soldering ESD understand, skillful in all aspects of wirin, understand manufacturing and quality control processes;
  • High school diploma or GED;
  • Minimum of one year recent electrical assembly experience;
  • Ability to understand verbal and written instructions;
  • Background check;
  • Military training/experience in related field;
  • HS Diploma or GED;
  • Experience One year of technical work history, or;
  • Ability to stand, sit, bend, and kneel;
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds;
  • Drug Test;
  • Break down pallets.
