Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to improve system performance, capacity, reliability and scalability;
- Lead CAPA projects;
- Perform Design Assurance activities in support of R&D Project Teams;
- Perform and document complaint root cause investigations;
- Perform Internal Audits;
- Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes;
- Perform quality system metric trending and statistical analyses;

Requirements:
- Maintain lower level environments by coordinating with the delivery and related internal teams;
- BS Degree in computer science, computer, electrical other engineering, science or related field, or equivalent experience required;
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Testing end-user facing web and mobile applications;
- A minimum of 3 years experience Quality Assurance in the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry;
- Experience working in Banking, Payments or other financial environments;
- Excellent knowledge of advanced SQL and relational database concepts and experience with load/performance testing tools;
- Java, Selenium, Webdriver, TestNG, Maven, Git, Jenkins, Spinnaker, SQL, REST Assured, SumoLogic, Docker, Kubernetes, Gatling, Basic Linux;
- Solve bugs, engage in trouble shooting, and interact with the internal developer community;
- OR Doctoral Degree in field with 0-2 years of related experience;
- Must be team oriented, with the ability to motivate and work well with diverse cross-functional teams;
- 7+ years of experience in a quality assurance role in an agile development environment to test mobile and web applications;
- Design and perform performance testing and load testing, find out potential performance issues based on output analysis;
