Our company is looking for a Warehouse Assembly to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Selecting or modifying components according to measurements and specifications;
- Taking precise measurements to ensure a perfect fit of components;
- Maintaining equipment in good condition;
- Keeping records of production quantities and time;
- Checking output to ensure the highest quality;
- Aligning material and putting together parts to build more complex units;
- Reporting on issues, malfunction or defective parts;
- Ability to comprehend and follow detailed verbal or written instructions, as well as diagrams and other technical documents;
- Comply with health and safety regulations set by management;
- Provide input to improve processes;
- Documents actions by completing safety, quality, and production forms as needed;
- Effectively work in a team-oriented setting as part of assembly line layout;
- Flexible to work overtime as required by production schedule;
- Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements;
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as assembler;
- Ability in using tools (e.g. clamps) and machines (e.g. presses);
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Must have good eyesight, including depth perception, peripheral vision, and ability to differentiate between colors;
- Authorization to work in the United States;
- Willing to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time;
- Ability to communicate well with supervisor and coworkers;
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs;
- HS Diploma or GED;
- Background check;
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs;
- Drug Test;
- Must clear drug screen and background check;
- Lift up to & including 80 lbs;
- Must have stand-up forklift experience.
