Our company is looking for a Security Officer Warehouse to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing and updating security policies & procedures;
  • Carry out emergency procedures when necessary in accordance with the Emergency Response Plan;
  • Create exceptional experiences for guests and staff by providing a helpful security presence;
  • Conduct Loss Prevention audits;
  • Accurately document all notable activities during shift in daily Officer Reports and incident reports;
  • Conduct frequent patrols of the building;
  • Respond to assist Security Manager to investigate thefts, accidents, and employee issues;
  • Check identification, issue badges, and log visitors in and out of the facility.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal communication and decision making abilities;
  • Must be 21 years of age or older;
  • High school diploma or GED required. Equivalent, relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education, if approved by management;
  • Demonstrates strong customer focus; makes decisions and takes actions that ensure the safety and security of guests and staff;
  • Able to work any shift (nights, weekends, holidays, etc.);
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Programs;
  • Willingness and ability to learn building systems;
  • 1-2 years prior customer service and security experience preferred.
