Responsibilities:
- To acquire, build and maintain an active client book;
- To be professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and gracious in all interactions;
- To strive to be a customer service oriented to ensure a positive shopping experience;
- To achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets;
- To work as a team with management and co-workers to achieve personal and store goals;
- Internal Advocacy : Be an internal advocate for customer needs, requirements, and feature requests across customer success, product and sales.
Requirements:
- Must be proactive and results driven;
- Good organization and learning skills;
- Ability to work in a team-driven environment;
- 3+ years experience in high-end luxury retail sales, preferably jewelry;
- Fluency in a foreign language is a plus;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven sales achievement in luxury brands market;
- P&C license a must, or ability to obtain;
- 10+ years of industry experience.
