Responsibilities:
- Partner with Director in the analysis of trend by division to create preliminary plan;
- Manage Merchandise Assistant;
- Create brand build worksheets. Provide rollups;
- Pre-Season Planning;
- Point person for pre-season plan reporting and rollups.
Requirements:
- Ability to speak effectively to groups of staff and members, as needed;
- Strong knowledge of managing financial investments and appropriate investing regulations;
- Knowledge of credit union operations;
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing;
- Strong customer service skills, including follow-up, as needed;
- Knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software;
- Ability to resolve interpersonal conflict and miscommunications.
