Our company is looking for a eCommerce Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest best practices with Shopify and Etsy SEO techniques to improve search results;
  • Manage and update the online product catalog, including setting up new product listings;
  • Support all Ecommerce activities of the company;
  • Monitor and improve the website and digital presence through SEO;
  • Work with sales channels to ensure the products are accurately described, categorized and priced;
  • Manage customer service associates and uphold best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience in office assistant preferred(Not required. Will train candidate if needed);
  • Bonus;
  • Bilingual(Korean and English) preferred;
  • Experience working with Facebook ads, Pinterest ads or Google display a plus;
  • Health insurance;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word);
  • QuickBooks experience preferred;
  • Drive web traffic and generate new leads;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience managing Ecommerce marketplaces – 1-3 years minimum;
  • Basic experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords;
  • Social media savvy;
  • Paid Vacation;
  • Strong understanding of Shopify Ecommerce platform;
  • Proficient in Google G Suit.
