eCommerce Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a eCommerce Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest best practices with Shopify and Etsy SEO techniques to improve search results;
- Manage and update the online product catalog, including setting up new product listings;
- Support all Ecommerce activities of the company;
- Monitor and improve the website and digital presence through SEO;
- Work with sales channels to ensure the products are accurately described, categorized and priced;
- Manage customer service associates and uphold best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in office assistant preferred(Not required. Will train candidate if needed);
- Bonus;
- Bilingual(Korean and English) preferred;
- Experience working with Facebook ads, Pinterest ads or Google display a plus;
- Health insurance;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word);
- QuickBooks experience preferred;
- Drive web traffic and generate new leads;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience managing Ecommerce marketplaces – 1-3 years minimum;
- Basic experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords;
- Social media savvy;
- Paid Vacation;
- Strong understanding of Shopify Ecommerce platform;
- Proficient in Google G Suit.
