Our company is looking for a Marketing Coordinator Entry Level to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the maintenance of various marketing databases and collateral (Clients/Contacts, Projects and Resumes);
  • Assist with day-to-day marketing department tasks and functions;
  • Assist in the preparation of short-list interview presentations;
  • Coordinate design, production, and shipment of final documents;
  • Assist in the development of win themes;
  • Manage the proposal development process from beginning to end, specifically tailoring materials per each RFP/RFQ’s requirements;
  • Use Adobe lnDesign to create high quality proposals and qualification packages;
  • Meeting Coordination with all applicable attendees during each phase of proposals;
  • Writing and editing technical content;
  • Help identify and track new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Desire to succeed;
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills;
  • 1-2 years experience or training in marketing, management or sales preferred, but willing to make exceptions for the right candidate;
  • Experience in customer service or other people-oriented fields desired;
  • Exceptional communication skills;
  • This position is ideal for recent graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field;
  • Proactive; must have the ability to motivate and manage internal clients;
  • The ability to work under pressure, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent proofreading, formatting and editing skills;
  • Good attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills;
  • Graphic Design and Desktop Publishing Skills: In depth experience in Adobe In Design, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator;
  • Knowledge in the A/E/C industry preferred;
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with management, staff, and external contacts;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Years of Experience: 0-1.
