Our company is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate campaigns against key metrics and optimize accordingly;
  • Growth goals to increase: App Installs, App Activity, Retention, Monetization;
  • Assist in implementing annual digital marketing plan for current & future YAM Properties’ commercial shopping & lifestyle centers;
  • Supports internal process improvements to help hone best practices for all aspects of project delivery;
  • Oversee design (social profile banners, icons, visuals to accompany organic and paid posts);
  • Manage social media accounts and create original content for posts/campaigns for our communication channels;
  • Assists in building, testing and QAing lead nurture campaigns via email in Pardot;
  • Together with the Digital Marketing Manager define brand identity and tone for social media outlets;
  • Proactively identifies, communicates and troubleshoots challenges;
  • Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns;
  • Manage efforts in building and managing online reviews and reputation;
  • Collaborate with team members on product and service launches from concept through development, delivery, launch and post-launch;
  • Interface with other sales and marketing communication functions including but not limited to PR and Event Managers;
  • Measures ROI and effectiveness of all initiatives and provide reporting;
  • Supports in research and evaluation of new media partners and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with content, marketing and/or creative teams;
  • Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones is a plus;
  • Apple Search Ads and other relevant digital marketing channels are a plus (i.e. Snapchat ads, Spotify ads, etc);
  • Preferred: proficient in Google Adwords Universal App Campaigns (UAC);
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager;
  • You’re not afraid to try new things and jump in with both feet when faced with challenges;
  • You have a love for digital marketing and possibly even a degree;
  • Entrepreneurial;
  • Knowledge of the banking industry;
  • College degree in digital marketing including graphic design or related field;
  • Creative content writing skills targeted towards external audience in the form of Tweets, Google Ads, and Facebook/LinkedIn posts;
  • Passion for content and video production is an advantage;
  • Must have knowledge and experience with commonly used website and HTML development tools;
  • Experience allocating & managing large ad budgets is a plus;
  • Strong conceptual and design skills with the ability to offer creative input and design solutions.
