- Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology;
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles;
- Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs, so that you can then fulfills their wants and needs;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on new products, features, and accessories;
- Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader;
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to the client;
- Daily follow up using the dealership’s Customer Relationship Management System (CRM);
- Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicle’s operational feature.
