Returns Specialist Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Returns Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Determines marketability of garments according to secondary market category;
- Identifies garments by their brand, gender, and style;
- Processes high volume of work with little if any assistance;
- Pulls inventoried merchandise for customer orders;
- Assists in projects outside of department as needed;
- Accurately receives returned products into Service Improvement inventory;
- Assists in scheduled sales throughout the year; operating cash register, stocking inventory, and assisting customers.
Requirements:
- Prior warehouse experience preferred;
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Basic knowledge of P.C.’s required.
