Our company is looking for a Flight Operations to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Performs other duties as required;
- Processes production planning reports and forecasts scheduled maintenance events for short-term, mid-term and long-term planning;
- Reviews work packages for technical accuracy and airworthiness documentation of work accomplished;
- Coordinates the development of detailed work packages for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requirements;
- Review aircraft logbook entries upon completion of work to ensure conformity to FAR’s, GOP’s, QAM, and customer requirements;
- Coordinates maintenance and logistical support functions necessary to expedite corrective actions in order to reduce scheduling delays;
- Creates requisitions for PMO support material, processes receipt transactions for delivered materials;
- Processes subcontract invoices for payment via PTS;
- Accomplish periodic and annual physical inventories;
- Ensure timely core returns;
- Maintains files to support acceptability of substitute/alternate part numbers;
- Generates reports and provides analysis to;
- Identify expired shelf life items;
- Establish and maintain required stock levels.
Requirements:
- FAA Airframe & Power plant Certificate;
- Valid US Passport;
- Valid state driver’s license;
- US Citizenship;
- Formal or Specialized Training/Equivalent on assigned aircraft and equipment.
