Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and operability of delivery truck;
- Keep parts department up-to-date on delivery schedule;
- Perform safe pick-up and deliveries;
- Filling orders from Pick Tickets and packaging for delivery;
- Maintains a professional appearance;
- Assist in the everyday activities and various chores in the shop;
- Helps maintain the professional appearance of the parts department;
- Uses all appropriate security measures and procedures to safeguard company assets;
- Safe driving of company vehicles and complete accurate delivery of parts to customers;
- Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up;
- Keeping the shop and work area clean, safe and organized;
- Pick, pack and load parts;
- Maintains high levels of customer service that are consistent with Team Ford Lincoln standards;
- Maintains an accurate daily mileage log;
- Checks with the shop each day to determine immediate parts needs.
