Our company is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Cycle Counts;
  • Record and Process Inventory;
  • Ensure Quality standards are followed in accordance to ISO9001:2015 standards;
  • Warehouse organization;
  • Create pick lists for customer orders, commit customer orders, scan and organize customer paperwork;
  • Prepares Bills of Lading, checks items to be shipped against pick list to ascertain that quantities, destination and routing are correct;
  • Receiving product;
  • Route shipments, communicate with carriers and other departments to ensure loads are on time and paperwork is accurate;
  • Quality control;
  • Maintain department database, prepare paperwork and reports and file shipping and receiving paperwork according to company protocol;
  • Enter advanced shipping notices (ASN) into computer;
  • Ship Product;
  • Inventory management;
  • Sorts, counts, packages, labels, insures, unpacks, and/or logs inventory which is shipped or received;
  • Maintaining reports.

Requirements:

  • Inventory Control experience;
  • 3 years of shipping/receiving experience;
  • Experience with ISO system;
  • High School or GED or equivalent required;
  • High school diploma or GED preferred;
  • Bilingual preferred but not required;
  • Computer experience (Excel, Outlook, Word, prefer some ERP system experience as well;
  • Prior experience with computerized systems;
  • Previous forklift experience preferred;
  • ability to lift up to 50lbs;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced setting;
  • General understanding of warehouse activities (shipping, receiving, order handling);
  • Minimum of 2 years of shipping/receiving experience;
  • 2-3 years Shipping & Receiving experience preferred.
