JOB SUMMARY The#Home Health#Aide#is responsible for providing personal care and routine exercise regimes to Home Care and Hospice patients. Responsible for providing homemaking services as assigned. Responsible for timely and accurate documentation of patient intervention on designated Home Health Aide documentation forms.
