**What you will do-**

You will be responsible for developing and leading data analytics programs, solutions, and tools to enable best in class transportation processes, visibility, and financial performance. You will lead the delivery of business insights by implementing data analytics platforms and will have the subject matter expertise and experience in influencing senior leadership decisions. You will effectively partner and collaborate with a varied group of internal stakeholders across Stryker supply chain and the commercial teams to drive enterprise-wide benefits. You will be expected to learn, anticipate, and understand business needs to ensure the programs and processes are in line with strategic vision of building a world class Supply Chain. You will focus on elevating Global Transportation function to the next level achievement for all divisions on a global basis to make healthcare better for our customers. **This is a Remote role. The employee can work 100% virtually without any set territory or proximity required.**

* Lead the processes and people in delivering global transportation data analytics strategy and vision

* Drive the diagnostic, prescriptive, and predictive analysis to improve efficiency, speed, and quality of transportation processes and services

* Develop a strategic execution plan for transportation data and integration with other sources impacting global transportation spend

* Collaborate with the supply chain network team, providing thought leadership and support for the transportation models

* Evaluate and recommend scalable scenarios that facilitate global growth and add customer value

* Actively monitor and evaluate global, national, or regional transportation and data trends and translate into potential opportunities that improve efficiency or minimize the environmental impact of logistics activities

* Develop and guide the collection of metrics and reports to interpret the information into meaningful, actionable initiatives

* Collaborate with other departments to integrate data from business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, demand planning, and supply planning

* Management of multiple stakeholders to ensure best in class solutions are delivered across the Stryker enterprise

**What you need-**

* Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Science, Statistics or equivalent, required; Masters degree, preferred

* 10+ years of relevant professional experience, of which 5 years of related work experience involving a strong understanding of transportation planning and execution, required

* Strong analytical / quantitative skills and demonstrated ability to work successfully in a matrix environment

* Ability to make decisions, prioritize and balance multiple programs, and work under time pressure

* Excellent interpersonal communication, collaborative teamwork, and conflict management skills

* Expert in partnering and influencing at all levels of the organization

* Excellent communication and presentation skills with prior experience presenting to senior management.

* Experience implementing global logistics data analytics platforms, preferred

* Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems, preferred

* Access, Power BI / Tableau skills, required

* Familiarity or experience with Lean, Six Sigma and/or other continuous improvement methodologies, preferred
