We are currently seeking an experienced Data Software Engineer to help support our voice-based Cloud Switch Architecture and telephony platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of coding, database management, application support, and web hosting to ensure we continue exceeding the needs of our customers.

Job Summary

As a Software Engineer at Toly, you will play a key role in maintaining, developing, and optimizing the systems that drive our cloud and telephony infrastructures .

Key Requirements Systems & Databases

· C++

· Data Base Management

· SQL Language

· 3+ years Telecommunications

· Linux

Preferred Additional Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge of RevIO billing platform
Delphi, RESRful API’s, Python, and PowerShel
Hierarchical account management
Web Hosting platforms
Firebird
PHP & FTP

Additional Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, debug, and investigate issues in coordination with the Toly team
Monitor and respond to voice/data network alarms
Contribute to feature documentation and version rollout instructions
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Strong attention to detail
