This role is ON SITE and supports clients both remotely and on-site, primarily out of our Minnesota location. We're looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and technically adept professional who thrives in a team setting and is passionate about delivering exceptional IT support and solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver remote and on-site technical support to clients with professionalism and urgency.Proactively monitor and maintain client systems to prevent downtime and improve performance.Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and deliver tailored solutions.Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server environments and Windows 10 workstations.Administer Office 365 environments including user management and email configurations.Configure and support network protocols such as TCP/IP and ensure secure connectivity.ConnectWise) for system monitoring and management.Assist in cloud infrastructure support including Azure and AWS environments.Document technical procedures and client interactions in ticketing systems.Required QualificationsMinimum 4 years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server.In-depth knowledge of networking and system administration.Reliable commute to White Plains, NY or willingness to relocate.Preferred QualificationsExperience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.Cloud experience with platforms like Azure or AWS.College degree in IT or related field and relevant certifications.BenefitsHealth InsuranceRTO (Responsible Time Off)401(k) MatchingSchedule8-hour shift: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PMLocationOnsite - Minnetonka, MinnesotaJob TypeFull-TimeSalary$80,000 annuallyAt New Charter, we're building a caliber of business the IT industry hasn't yet seen.
