Human Resources Manager

# Human Resources
Lutron seeks an experienced, detail-oriented Human Resources Manager in our Boston, MA engineering office. In this role you will work effectively in a matrix organization, support employees in Boston and Philadelphia, and partner with Engineering and HR leadership to execute programs that meet current and future employee needs.
Partner with Lutron Coopersburg Engineering leadership team to anticipate organizational needs and execute HR programs.
Provide expert HR guidance and organizational insight to Lutron's Engineering leadership.
Develop HR solutions, programs and policies; partner with Lutron Human Resources COEs on corporate-wide programs.
Identify training needs and partner with the Lutron learning organization to execute programs; follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
Administer salary reviews, performance reviews, promotion processes, year-end evaluations, employee relations and accommodation requests.
Provide day‑to‑day performance management guidance to Lutron leaders (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Partner with Lutron leaders and Centers of Excellence such as Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to fulfill engineering business needs.
Use knowledge, judgment and expertise to manage and resolve employee relations issues.
Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day‑to‑day employee management and ensure regulatory, policy and procedural compliance; partner with the legal department as needed.
At least 10 years of Human Resources experience.
Experience in employee relations and people development.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology or related field (MBA a plus).
Prior experience managing a Talent Development function.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, primarily to Pennsylvania facilities.
Starting pay: $130,000.00 – $165,000.00 per year plus bonus and profit sharing. Benefits include 401(k) match, health, dental, life insurance, paid vacation (based on tenure), flexible spending accounts, and tuition reimbursement programs.
