~Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

Perform MIG welding and fabrication work using blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.
Assemble and weld metal components and finished products to meet production goals.
Inspect welds and completed parts to ensure accuracy, quality, and workmanship standards.
Safely operate welding equipment, fabrication machinery, hand tools, and measuring devices.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment while supporting team production needs.
Welder Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required with the ability to communicate effectively in English for safety purposes.
MIG welding experience required based on position level, ranging from entry-level training to 5+ years of advanced experience.
Must be able to read blueprints, interpret welding symbols, and use measuring tools accurately.
Ability and willingness to work overtime, extended hours, and weekends based on production demands.
Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
