Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery
Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Assignment Details:

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36.00
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) certification: Required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required
At least two years recent experience in field: Required
Labor and Delivery and Level 2 NICU experience: Required
Roles & Responsibilities:

Delivers coordinated nursing care according to established standards and the nursing process.
Analyzes assessment data to determine diagnoses and care issues.
Develops, implements, and evaluates patient care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective care.
Facilitates learning for patients/family members and provides education on health management.
Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
Compliance / Notes:
Scrubs are provided if needed; specific color scrubs required. Medical and religious exemptions for vaccinations may apply.
