We are looking for a dynamic, highly-skilled, and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has a deep understanding of legal principles and a knack for insurance defense. This role will primarily focus on handling insurance defense cases, providing legal advice, and representing our clients in all stages of litigation.

Manage a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death claims.

Review and analyze insurance policies, claims, and underwriting to provide legal advice regarding coverage issues.

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and prepare discovery responses and requests.

Develop and implement defense strategies, negotiate settlements, and advise clients on legal risks and potential liabilities.

Stay current on legal trends, rulings, and changes in laws and regulations that may impact insurance defense cases.

Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient and effective case management.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense, with a proven track record of successfully defending clients in complex litigation.

Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.

Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues.
