Compensation: $24.00-$26.00 per hour - paid weekly

Operate CNC lathes and milling machines to manufacture precision parts
Monitor machine performance and make offsets to maintain quality standards
Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and material issues during production
Set up and adjust CNC machines for different production runs
What You Need to Bring to the CNC Operator Role:

• 1-2 years of CNC machining experience required
• Ability to safely and independently operate CNC lathes and milling machines
• Experience setting up and adjusting CNC equipment for production runs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical and machining issues
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
